Purpose and legal basis of processing

The processing of your data serves to process your application and is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, which are made at your request. If your application is successful, the processing will continue to fulfill the contract, to which you as the data subject are a contracting party. In both cases, the processing is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 lit b) GDPR.

Storage period

Your personal data will initially be stored for the duration of the application process and thereafter for 6 months, then automatically deleted.
If your personal data is required beyond this (for example in connection with the assertion or defense of civil law claims in connection with your application), it will be deleted as soon as further storage is no longer necessary. In this case too, storage is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 lit b) GDPR.
If you agree to us using your data in our pool of interested parties for further job advertisements beyond this period, we will ask for your consent by email or post.
